The City Hall has historical atmosphere and city vibe to it making it the number one choice for people to pick, but you can do it at Queens City Clerk too. The Queens City Clerk have a small garden next to it beside the main building. Even though the weather wasn't so friendly to us, we still manage to get some jar-dropping photos. They are a true natural of expressing their love to each other.
